New Stadium

According to yahoo news a new stadium is in the works for the Redwings. Mike Illitch plans to buy parcels of land across 1-75 to build a new stadium. The designer is a award winning stadium designer but so far all the concepts have been met with uncertainty to the point of people wishing they would keep the redwings at the Joe. I decided to build a new stadium with my own concepts, no I don't hold a degree or any fancy titles I live in the metro and am a huge redwings fan, i designed a new concept that is strictly for the fans. My Stadium will be built partially underground meaning no stairs that lead up to the stadium. But adds to the cost Land excavation is expensive. Tell me what you think.

(Champion's Dome) not official name, give me a name.  Seating capacity- 30,000 excluding suites. Entrances- 12 4 of which lead out underground 4 on ground level and 4 at the roof. Seats are wider than normal, normal chairs could allow 41,000 capacity. Isles are much wider than the Joe's, 6 feet wide. the promenade will be 35 feet wide allowing concessions with no congestion. There will be 3 levels with concessions, almost as if it were a mall. Luxury Suites( upper deck have their own seating decks inside and outside the boxes. Also there are ramps for handicap accessibility on the lower bowl. Concession areas will be two stories high and the upper stories are for luxury suites the lower for bathrooms and concessions. The stairs will be much more shallow and the land allotment will allow everything to be more easily assessable. The Stadium I designed comes with a Grand Plaza, Wintergarden and 2 spaces for large restaurants . The Stadium has a large parking garage underground, and has enough space to hold 2100 cars underground and 9000 above divided into 3 lots, and two other garages. The stadium sprawls over a large area of abandoned land. Ending plight and adding a modern look to the city.
